In enforcement mode all tests should show 🚫. In training mode all should show ✅ and appear in the training log under the domain httpbin.org / cdn.jsdelivr.net. CSS-backed tests (4 & 5) use fetch as a proxy since CSS load events are not reliably observable cross-origin.
